The concept of the Meta restaurant was born from the precise need, expressed by the Mantegazza Family, to create a space capable of perfectly recreating the atmosphere of the “living room at home,” with comfortable, warm and welcoming furnishings.

Cooking is the beating heart of Meta, a place where culinary art blends with creativity and passion for an unforgettable experience. From the “Gastronomic” tasting menu to the great classics signed by Luca Bellanca, without forgetting seasonal novelties and the most original creations, a crossroads of flavours, worlds and traditions.

Chef Luca Bellanca is the real soul of the kitchen, and with his creativity he guides us in creating surprising and innovative dishes. The harmony between raw materials and creativity is the basis of his cuisine.

His flair, ambition and, above all, love for his work led Luca Bellanca to win his first Michelin Star and be proclaimed “Chef revelation of the year in Ticino” by the renowned Gault&Millau Guide in 2021.
